Your probably not pregnant. I would go to the doctors if its worrying you. Stress can cause more gut function aswell. So worrying about it may be causing it to happen more.

I have this but higher up in my chest. GP says it was anxiety and I take a tablet every day.

Yes, quite often. And a few months back i pulled a muscle deep in my stomach that twinged and flickered for a few days, it was a weird experience.
