I agree - they're super cute but do look a bit bulky.

My daughter would love a stitch one, but I think she'd have to try one on first.

Think I must be something! Why are these more secure than traditional bands?

The traditional ones will come apart fairly easily if caught on something - I hired a car for a couple of days last week and kept catching and undoing the band on the seatbelt. I'm guessing because the slap style will form to the wrist it will be more secure.

I'd love these to be an option for the magic bands provided for hotel stays

The "Squeeze Me!" one might result in a few awkward moments, and maybe a lawsuit, against some overly-friendly guests who take it literally.

Why does the article specifically mention "Apple Watch"? The slider will fit any watch, both the regular kind and smartwatches. Are they sponsored by Apple?

Undecided about them, will have to wait and see when we get there.

I think they look a great idea...especially for little ones...My kids love slap bands ... It is a shame that they won't come as standard.

My daughter would love a slap band one but I think these are more likely to be lost as kids will play with them.

I like the idea of using the slider on my watch though.
