Question about Teppan Edo & DDP

We are on the DDP next year and wanted to visit Teppan Edo. My DS wanted to have sushi as his meal rather than the usual noodles and chicken/steak etc,. Does anyone know whether this would be a possibility? At a push he would possibly eat the meat but he's not keen on the noodles and veg but he absolutely loves sushi. We've eaten there before but not when on the DDP so we just paid for the sushi.

Thanks in advance.

I can’t remember if you can have sushi as part of the DDP in TE, but if your DS really likes it then why not try Katsura Grill (in Japan pavilion) that serves sushi as a QS meal.

I thoroughly recommend TE it’s our fave TS meal at Disney.

Whenever we eat at Teppan Edo we get sushi for our sushi-mad son as a starter anyway, and just pay for it.

We've never asked about swapping his meal for sushi, but you're only talking $15-20 for some sushi, so it's not an issue.
