I've suffered from endo for many years (without knowing about it!).

I'm 9 weeks post op from my last surgery, lots of endo cysts & tissue removed.

My last op was private, all in with MRI, tests etc around £5k.
The previous op (last year) was on the NHS and was terrible. I came out in a worse state.

Life has been so much better for me since I had mine back in January.. way more manageable these days no more dashing to the loo every 29 minutes to stop a flood. I still get wicked bad cramps for a few days and some lighter bleeding but overall I’d say go for it to any other women suffering through the agony and embarrassment endometriosis and adenomyosis can cause a woman. For those of you still healing up well done and keep looking after yourselves, for those of you worried about symptoms get in to see your GP preferably a woman since they seem to understand the situation better and are more keen to help you get the medical help you need.

I’m on day three now had no bleeding or discharge as yet but still a dull ache. Glad you are on the mend.
