Yes you can. I always do it.

I also boosted our flight in May which was totally free on a downgrade voucher

I don't have accounts for my kids, can you do it on their flights if I was to register them or does it have to be over a certain age to buy the miles ?

I created an account for my Granddaughter when she was 5. She has a fair few Miles now. Hers can be boosted as well.

If you send them a text they'll tell you and if you decide to go ahead there and then it can be done via text, they send you a secure credit card link. There's also a number you can ring. I did it Friday evening for my September Orlando flight and it was very easy. I was told the miles would be in my account within 72 hours and when I woke up yesterday morning they were there.

I'm still waiting for mine from beginning of September, phoned them up and they said should be there in 5 days.
Not that I need them at the moment sadly as trying to save money.
