Whilst I am not trying to use them at the moment I dont want to keep chasing what I should have had in September.

This happen to me in May I had to make 4 calls, and 3 emails which I sent attachments took about 4 weeks to sort it all out, it was only sorted out when I said that I will be looking to book some flights for next year surprise.
