As Im sure you can imagine, were not doing great with the snack credits!

We did use a couple yesterday though.

The drinks have been much needed - it is absolutely roasting here!

I was excited to try my first rice crispy treat but I actually didnt like it very much. Style over substance in my opinion!

Breakfast this morning was Hollywood & Vine - character breakfast with Disney Jr friends.

Oscars plate of beige smothered in syrup 🙈

For us, this is how we imagined American breakfasts to be! Lots of choice and all very nice, especially our first tater tots.

The chorizo hash was very nice.

Im also enjoying having cocktails for every meal 😉

The character meets were great, not rushed at all. Would definitely recommend this.

I was really looking forward to lunch today at Woodys Lunchbox!

Wed already decided what we wanted about 2 months ago (ha!)

Pete and Oscar went for the grilled cheese sandwiches (with a side/snack of tomato soup for Pete) and tater tots.

I ordered the totchos! These were absolutely delicious, I would happily have these again

We both had grown up lemonades which were nice and refreshing in the heat.

And also the chocolate topped with bacon fondant pop tarts for a snack. Oscar loved this, I thought it tasted like a stale shortbread.

We would happily eat here again but they definitely need more seating, it was getting a little bit savage at times!

The food all looks delicious but is totally trumped by Oscar in his outfits... he looks so adorable!

We were back at Hollywood and Vine for dinner with Minnie and pals!

Up first, PhotoPass picture with Santa Goofy - we thought this was a really nice touch.

Buffet dinner with the usual fare of meats, fish, potatoes etc.

Oscar had another plate of beige food.

Pete and I had the mashed potatoes, gravy and beef - this was very nice. The mashed potatoes are really good!

No desserts as we were absolutely stuffed.

We have another dinner booked in for later in the week but I may try to rearrange this as wasnt overly fussed.

Yesterday we also visited Ogas Cantina - were not Star Wars fans but we felt obligated to at least go and see/experience it.

The new land is amazing, really immersive and very impressive.

The Cantina, not so much!

$50 for 2x alcoholic drinks and 1x non-alcoholic drink.

I had the Fuzzy Tauntaun which did make my lips numb and tingly - it was tasty though.

Pete had the Bespin Fizz which came out looking very impressive.

Oscar had the Blue Bantha which we thought tasted like milk infused with pineapple. The biscuit tasted exactly like a stale toffee crisp.

The experience wasnt great, stood up at a noisy bar being jostled by other guests - and paying quite a bit for the privilege.

Worth it to have tried it but we wont be making a return trip.
