Universal annual pass hotel discount

Hi guys, just back from an amazing 10 day trip in Orlando staying onsite at WDW which was great, now looking to fine tune our May 2020 trip , going to plan a two night stay at royal Pacific and as preferred pass holders know we can get hotel discount depending on time year and availability, when is best to call to enquire about May? Do I do it now or leave til next year? Any help greatfully appreciated

Last 2 years there's been no rpr aph rate released for our dates - but fortunately there has been for pbh 😀
