Which Disney hotels don’t have outside doors like a motel style?

Last time we went we stayed at POR. We weren’t fans of this resort but was spoilt previously with WL. What Disney hotels are actual like hotels without the front door going out onto a walkway? Many thanks for and advice

As a general rule of thumb it's usually the deluxe resorts.

any of the deluxe hotels will have inside corridors.

Animal kingdom and wilderness lodge are usually the cheapest deluxe options.

Then you have poly / contemporary/ grand Floridian/beach club & Boardwalk.

Also possibly the new Riveria but I don’t know if you can book that if you aren’t DVC.

Avoid old key west and Saratoga. They are deluxe villa resorts but have external corridors.

Only the deluxe resorts. We feel the same way about the motel style corridors and prefer a hotel. We really liked the few days we spent at POFQ this year - apart from this.

It’s funny because as a family we actually prefer the external walkway and just opening the door in the morning and being straight outside in the open and are not fans of the deluxe hotels at all, with the internal corridor being a factor in this!

Any deluxe hotel.

To a PP, the Riviera Hotel is definitely bookable for a regular non DVC guest, it has been readily available in my 2020 research, it looks nice and I am sure would have internal corridors.

The only moderate with internal corridors is the tower at Coronado Springs.

We're the other way - we like the balcony for coffee etc before we go out, but we are rarely straight out on a morning and we don't do really late nights anymore, so enjoy sitting out there with a drink before bed too. This is what we missed at PO, rather than the internal corridor.

We’re the same.

Art of animation also has internal corridors.

Having experience of both (POFQ and BC) I prefer the external walkway style. I find the internal corridors are noisy.
