Sitting under Lanai watching the storm! Dave has gone to get takeaway, gutted as really wanted to go to Celebration again! The ducks are happily on the lake though bless them.

We have had proper storms the last three nights, same as you sat outside yesterday.
The evening before we had a villa near by get hit by lightening - that was a bit too close

Fairly heavy this evening alright. I was planning kennedy tomorrow but looking like a lot of rain but fingers crossed

We’re here too, first time in Summer, we’ve done Spring, Autumn and Winter before . I expected rain and storms but not this much, is it normal? I thought the rain normally lasted a few hours then cleared up but it seems to arrive and then set in for the rest of the day
We arrived last Tuesday and haven’t had one evening around the pool yet, they’ve all been like this.

We got caught out and completely drenched. Got back to the villa and changed out.

Yes, this amount of rain is quite normal in the rainy season. They need to move Disney 300 miles northwards where it is dryer!
