It used to be a $10 bill non refundable.

We now just wheel the cases.

Blimey, makes Man Airports £1 we paid from arrivals to the railway station a bargain!

It used to be $5 and you got 25c back when you returned the cart (big deal eh) so I guess it’s gone up since then! Think i’ll wheel my own or use the skycarts if we’re struggling!

It’s probably not the official name but it’s what I call them! They are staff who have huge luggage carts that transport your luggage from where you drop off your hired car to the check in desk for your flight. We tip them $2-$3 per bag so it works out about the same as a luggage cart (for us based on 4 cases) if they are now $10 each and it’s much less hassle!

Edit to add: think they are called sky caps 🙈

The regular trolley/carts are $5, mind you I've lost cash on them at twice so I pay by card now. The trolleys are much smaller than the ones we have in Dublin airport, not sure what is the norm.

It's been years since I've used the skycap option though.

We use these when coming home, on Tuesday the guy took us up to the self check-in and showed us what to do, then over to the bag drop -right up to the desk and waited to put them on the scales
