HELP: QSDP on Disney voucher

Dear darling Dibbers

I'm having a brain freeze moment and was hoping someone could help.

Booked to go end of Jan 2020 and got free dining (QSDP on booking info). Booked with the Walt Disney Travel Company (so directly).

My question is - when you get the vouchers and booking through is it supposed to mention the dining plan on there (it's the page with the voucher for the free gift card)?

I thought that I had taken copies of previous ones, but cannot find them.

On our confirmation email it says this:

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort
Sat 3rd October 2020 - Sat 17th October 2020
Water/Pool View with 5th Sleeper
14-Day Ultimate Ticket
2 x Adults (10+)
Please note, your tickets are valid for use from 3rd October 2020.
Disney Dining Plan
2 x Adults (10+)

You don’t get a voucher for the dining plan but I can’t remember if it says it on the covering letter or not. As long as it’s on your invoice and MDE I wouldn’t worry.

Thank you, I've got similar for ours just having a bit of a panic that the documents that come through the post don't have any mention of the dining plan - probably just fretting over nothing (but it is the season).

Thanks Lisa - I think that I am now searching for things to stress over!

Got to remember to do Esta's and insurance today as well - it's been one of those months (and this is a bit of a last minute trip).

I always print my final invoice after I’ve paid and take it with me just in case there are any issues. There never have been but at least I know I have proof of what I booked and paid for.

I have never needed or even seen a voucher and I always book directly too. You should be able to see that you have a dining plan in your booking details on MDE.

My invoice in 2017 for 2018 had...

*Free Regular Dine Plan* and specified the numbers of adults and kids

My invoice in 2019 for 2020 had...

Dine Upgrade to Deluxe Plan as we decided to upgrade...

Personally if it wasn't on the invoice I would be contacting them to ask why. I wouldn't be bothered about anything else as its only the invoice that counts.

I agree; I would definitely want it noted on my invoice that free QSDP is included in the price (my ATD invoice does).

Thank you everyone, and sorry for the delayed reply (spent the weekend doing 2 birthday parties for a 3 year old and am shattered).

You are right, it is on my invoice but not on the voucher - although interestingly WDTC haven't sent through a "paid in full" invoice so I've printed out the confirmation off the website which does show that we have QSDP and have paid in full.
