Mobile Immune supplements for travelling

After constantly catching colds from flying, a few years back I started taking cvs airshield supplement for a couple of days before each flight. You can take as many as you want per day. It definitely helps and is even more important now that I am a stage 4 cancer patient. I usually make sure Ive got a tub or two. I am flying to the USA on Saturday and I’ve just realised that I don’t appear to have any. Can anyone suggest a Uk equivalent. If not I guess I will either ask in a Boots store tomorrow or will just have to take my chances and home I don’t catch a cold. Im not long over the last one which hung about for a month so don’t really want another if I can help it

It is the same. CVS paid millions in fines and compensation for their false claims they were anything more. The FTC went to town on them for claims that they could do more.

Supplements are worth looking at for people who have deficiencies in their own systems, but all they do is fill those gaps to help the immune system cope,

The trick is knowing what deficiencies you have and need to compensate for.

Holland and Barrett would be as good a place as anywhere to ask.

I use Olbas Oil. Keep dabbing it on my nostrils during the flight and it seems to stop the germs going up my snout.

Take some vitaminC and zinc soluble tablets with you and add them to your water bottle. Use a nasal spray and wash your hands often and follow up with antibacterial gel. Extra B vitamins help too.

I antibacterial wipe down my seat area thoroughly before I sit down and always antibacterial the washroom before use.

Take extra berocca and a few squirts up my nose of first defence (well boots own brand as I find it better for my asthma)

And a few glasses of red wine with my meal and film 🎥 then sit back and don’t worry as I have done my bit and if I get I’ll then I get I’ll and will deal with it (I have multiple health issues so always a bit of a worry but hey I live and travel in London so my body is used to germs and fumes)
