For anyone struggling with sign up there is no actual requirement.

The very first item found should show

Click on that webpage and you are presented with the latest current offer. There will be an option to click to save to phone in large letters. When this is clicked it saves in your downloads or gallery depending where your phone defaults downloaded images 👍. Present this barcode at outlets or store. It also works multiple times as I used it at both Vineland and International outlets this week.

Hope this helps, I was a member of Ralph Lauren but stopped receiving offers for unknown reason and have also struggled with sign up in the past so hope this solution resolves these issues for others 🙏

Unfortunately not allowing me. It asks for location but won’t allow promotions either before or after adding location

For anyone having problems signing up, it's very simple.

Go here: poloralphlaurenfactoryst...m/us/en/signup

Enter ANY details you like for name/address/mobile etc., the ONLY thing that needs to be valid is the email address which they send the code/email to.

If struggling for a mobile, use (555) 555-123, address you could just stick in a hotel/restaurant/bar etc.

Strange, I have 3 accounts and all receive codes fine (hotmail, gmail and BT).
