Buffet breakfast recommendations

I am looking for a decent place for breakfast - on or offsite - although probably offsite as it's for Christmas and most Disney places are booked.

We want the usual cooked breakfast fare but also choice of pastries and breads. IHOP, Dennys etc don't have pastries, and the Disney restaurant menus look a bit limited as we want a wide choice.

The menu at The Kitchen at HRH looks like the type of thing we would like but not sure we want to go there

Perkins is a good choice if you want baked goods as they have a bakery as well. I can't remember pastries but the muffins are very good. It isn't a buffet but has an extensive menu with generous portions and reasonable prices

Our favourite place for breakfast/brunch is First Watch at Champions Gate.

Ravello is really nice, but you will need a car or uber and not super cheap, but worth it imho

I second the wave at the contemporary I’m not usually a fan of buffets but I was impressed with the range quality and freshness and staff are lovely, book at the 180 day mark if you can to get a decent ADR
