Butler Chain of Lakes
I read about this a while ago and wondered if anyone has done this recently ? Also if you have, what boat company did you book with? We go in January and are thinking of doing this.

Can’t remember the name of the company we went with, but I bought the offer from Groupon.
The boat dock is at the end of the park, took us a while to find it, no signs, just a speed boat randomly at the end of the dock. The boat ride itself was really good, didn’t know who many of the house owners were, the Americans onboard with us did. It’s a good way to spend an hour or two away from the parks. Also it helps when the lakes are names after us 😬 |

Oh thank you. I'll have a look on Groupon, we are doing the monster truck ride when our niece and nephew are with us. Thought we might try this when we have a few days to ourselves.

We did these lakes in the summer & really enjoyed it, even the teens did sorry I can’t remember the company either but it was run by an English couple. He was really knowledgeable & was able to tell us the owners of quite a few of the houses including Tiger Woods! Also got to see some wildlife
I had a quick google & I think it was Orlando Lake tours that we went with. Edited at 10:44 PM. |

Thanks I've seen Orange Lake tours which seems to be a bigger boat which is $25 each I think, and another smaller speed looking type of boat that $35.

Just looked at Groupon... it’s Florida Lake Tours we went with.
Young guy who’s main job was cleaning the neighbourhood boats, and waterski instructor, he was trying these tours to see how he got on. |
