We arrived around 7am and had no problem getting a boarding group but this was when the park was supposed to open at 9am. If Disney are advertising a 6am opening I would be arriving around 5 - 5.15
We had a boarding group of 34 and got onto the ride early afternoon, it would have been ealrier but it broke down a couple of times.
