Samsung smart tv, an app question

Hi All, wanting to download an app by searching for it as its not listed under Samsung apps, but I cant find a way to search for 3rd party apps?
any help appreciated.

Maybe a little more detail.
The App and what you are searching on.
If you are talking about the built in apps on Samsung Smart TVs, then you are very limited to what they publish. Its not like a Android device.
