Tesco staff discount

My daughter works for tesco she has a discount card and I have a secondary one. When I do an on line grocery shop for delivery to my home no discount appears and I am asked to pay full price. I am sure the discount used to show before I paid. My card works in the stores and my discount is applied. I have been taking to the club card account help line but are getting no where.
Can anyone help?

I use to work for Asda and while you can use your discount to shop George online you can't use it to shop groceries online so maybe Tesco have the same policy.
