It’s no longer a pleasure to shop in the Vineland Character store, we went in early September the personal shoppers wiped out almost everything in the shop in the 1st 45 minutes. I would try the IDrive shop in future.

Queue at the International Drive one in September, but it was a Saturday. Very disappointed in how little was there - didn’t buy anything.

Cool International Drive

We went to the International Drive outlet on Monday at approx 10:30 & lo and behold the personal shoppers were there.
There was no queue to get in & the store was busy but manageable to start with.

Only two tills were open so when the P Shoppers got to one everything ground to a halt. They operated in twos and they each had a great wad of printed out emails. While one stays at the till the other one would collect items from around the store. The cashiers were in no hurry so they were free to wander off if anything new was brought out.

My daughter and I were able to pick up few bits of nonsense. But it felt like we were in the way of the professional shoppers and that felt a bit shabby.

Not sure we can face the Vineland store before we leave.

We went to Vineland a couple of weeks ago. The queue was crazy in the morning, but went back later in the day and walked straight in. Didn’t think there was as much as in previous years, did feel a bit like people had cleared the shelves earlier in the day! Got speaking to a couple of members of staff and they said it’s been a horrible for last couple of months and they just want it to go back to how it used to be!

As per my post earlier we went to Vineland first and ended up in a large queue. Went to the international drive one on Saturday, arrived at 10.30am, no queue and lots of pink sequin loungefly backpacks! My daughter was very happy! Lots of stock in too.

We went to both in September on different days and arrived pre opening. We had to queue for both but if you can be amongst the first group let in then that's your best bet at the best items. We got some great bargains and quite a bit of stuff that was still full price in the parks so it was well worth it for us. Absolutely crazy though and not a particularly fun experience at either location!

Wow, in all my years of going there I have never seen it like that. Perhaps though I have never been there before the shop opened.

I'll admit it was a little crazy but totally worth it. I bought pandora charms for $20, spirit jerseys for $24, lots of tops & shirts for $10 each, plus some gorgeous Disney cruise line merch that I would've spent a lot more on next week when we're on a cruise.
Not going to rush back but very pleased we went.
