Just reading this thread with interest as we contemplated a movie last year and decided against it. But reading a trip report someone did this and it looked great so I really fancy giving it a go now, just looked up films that are out soon and Diary of a Wimpy Kid releases on 3rd Aug, the day before my sons birthday, looks like a perfectly timed cinema trip is on the cards now

I don't come to this site often as the "green eyed monster" comes out in me if I have not got a trip booked. Just booked to go in October and this will be high on our list of things to do.

Went last Sunday and would definitely recommend Janus. Definitely not intrusive.
