Early morning update from NOAA...

Gordon making landfall off the Mississipi and Alabama coasts - upto 12 inches of rain could fall in western areas of the florida panhandle.

Florence has progressed to a Cat 2 hurricane, it's headed for Bermuda at the moment but expected to take a turn into the Atlantic during next week...and head for the UK & Ireland

Tropical wave is starting to move eastwards and expected to develop into a storm through the end of the week and into the weekend...then we can start praying it wants to take a right turn into the Atlantic like Florence.

Another tropical wave is expected to drop off the Western Coast of Africa in the coming days...this one is expected to develop quickly.

This is windy's predicted route of Florence (they seem to expect it to hit the jet stream and head for the UK) & Tropical Waves mentioned above, for 14th September (things will & can obviously change).



Florence is...erm, a bit big

Let hope she will follow the path they have predicted, and that it doesn't keep changing direction
