You will probably be too early for the snow falling but they do have leaves falling on certain days. Check out the website for specific dates and have fun

I took these on our recent visit to celebration in celebration town square. It's really lovely and a peaceful escape from the parks. I'm suprised people found it boring, whilst it's not huge you can easily spend a lazy couple of hours here. My kids love the ice creams shop kilwins, woof gang doggy bakery and the lake where they gator spot and chat to locals fishing, not forgetting the water fountains. This year there was a sweet lemonade stand with 2 little girls selling homemade lemonade and brownies.

Picture 1 is the resident gator. picture 2 my DS enjoying his kilwins superman icecream, picture 3 is the doggy bakery, picture 4 is celebration hotel and 5 is the water fountains.

Leaves falling? I'm sold! This sounds just up my street (and dd's too but not perhaps DH and DS)

Those photos are lovely

Dippy person alert  I can't seem to see where it says the dates? I've clicked on "events" but nothing's happening (I'm using an iPad, could that be why?)

We love visiting Celebration and always have a meal at the cafe overlooking the large lake.

A few years ago we also saw an Alligator in the lake and were told they leave them in the lake until they reach 6' long and then they are taken to the Everglades.

I'm just glad I'm not the one with the tape measure!

When we were there last week two boys told my son they had just removed a 'big' one, and just the little one was left. We had a fab meal in D'antonio's on the corner and the celebration tavern is down for next years visit as there menu looked yummy too.

I think the best way I would describe Celebration, as mentioned, is a nice change of pace and peace and quiet well away from the bustle of the parks.

I would suggest it wouldn't appeal to people who always have to be "doing something" or do not appreciate quiet time and spending time doing nothing but just enjoying somewhere rather than something (if that makes sense?)

Are there plenty of places to park?

Also is it small enough to walk around without missing something or getting lost?
