The TRANSPORTATION WIZARD may help to get an idea of long from A-B in WDW.

The WDW bus to MK will drop you at MK gates not the TTC so no need to allow for parking monorail etc. But the buses can be popular around opening so give yourself some leeway.

You can get breakfast in the POR food court quite early (think 6am for cold food and 7am for hot?)

You wouldn't get to DTD until about 8ish at the earliest I think.
