I would have thought it is better to have variety over all of the parks. There is no point the parks being replicas of each other, toy story land may end up being better and more popular then cars land, and let's face it - if you have a reason to visit all of the parks for different attractions, that can only be a good thing for all concerned 😀

Hi all, Is there a definite Disney press release on the New Avatar finish date changing again? We are planning for Sept 2017 so would hope to see this new addition at Animal Kingdom. TIA

I think all that Disney have officially said about Avatar Land is that it will open in 2017. They have not changed that date. There is no new press release regarding it's finish date.

There are recent reports that the movie, Avatar 2, will be further delayed and will not appear in cinemas in December 2017 as expected. However, this does not affect when Avatar Land in AK opens.
