Morning Extra Magic Hours
We are not staying at a Disney resort, so will not really be entitled to EMH. However...

We have an ADR for BOG at 8.30am which is also on the same morning as EMH. Can we still go on the rides before our breakfast or do the Cast Members check your entitlement at the entrance to the rides?

No they scan your magic bands for access to the rides, but they will let you go to BOG for your ADR.
