Seaworld Q'S

Sorry for all the Q's, any help appreciated

None of us are into/like proper thrill rides so I'm guessing that rules out the big coasters there (don't mind 'family' coasters like Thunder Mountain lol).

Is it worth doing SeaWorld (never been before) for what I presume is just shows, as it looks like there's no other 'rides' as such?

Presuming so, is it then worth getting the 'Quick Queue Unlimited' and 'Signature Show Seating'? (I don't mind paying for it if it's definitely going to be worth it).

When booking the Signature Seating, how does that work (have looked but can't find info on here/SeaWorld)? How can they reserve our seats if they don't know what time we'll be at the shows?

Oh, is the General Parking miles further than the Preferred Parking?

The thrill rides are Kracken which may still be down for up grading Manta and Mako
Journey To Atlantis think splash mountain with way more water. I'd say as an AP holder not worth paying for QQ all the parking is easily walkable to the gate Reserved seating is just a blocked off area They can be icky about taking food in so we take snack size zip lock bags in
With fruit crisps nuts etc bottled water juice as long as its individual sizes fine and we find
Meal portions that one will do 2 of us
And f you sit in a splash zone at a show be prepared to get soaked

Yes!

It's a bit like a zoo specialising in marine animals which also has some shows. The thrill rides are a relatively recent thing. The first few times we visited Seaworld there were no rollercoasters there at all and we had a wonderful time looking at the animals and watching the shows.

In addition to the animal shows and big rides, there's Turtle Trek (a 3D show), Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin (a trackless ride to see the penguins), Shamu Express (a small coaster, like the Barnstormer at MK), and Wild Arctic (a simulator - might be a bit too thrilling?).

If you aren't thinking of doing the rollercoasters, then there's probably no point in getting the Quick Queue Unlimited. That's mainly used to skip the queues at the big rollercoasters like Mako, Kraken, Manta, etc.

Not sure about the Signature Show Seating. We've never had that. You can usually get into the shows without any problems.

We love Seaworld, its such a lovely relaxing day. There are the Orca show, Dolphin show, Sealion show, and Pets Ahoy( which is amazing! ) there are big coasters, but we don not do them, but there are some tamer rides too, the car park os not too big, and would say that quick que wouldnt be worth it. Get there for opening, and have a fun relaxing day x

I would also add that Wild Arctic (whilst the attraction to get in is dated) is an excellent way to cool down. I always enjoyed the gift shop too.

Weird to think of SeaWorld as a place with thrill rides. I remember it having Journey to Atlantis and not much else in that department when I went as a kid. I guess they have to diversify somehow.

Oh, and another vote for Pets Ahoy. Fantastic show. I'm looking into some of the tours behind the scenes, they seem good value so perhaps that might be up your alley.
