Fast passes - offsite then onsite

Hi All.

We are staying offsite for the first 6 days of our holiday next year in a villa offsite and then spending the last 7 days at OKW.

I am assuming that we will be able to book the Fastpasses for the Disney part of the holiday at the 60 day window and then would book FPs for the first 6 days at the 30 day window.

I take it there won't be any problems activating our tickets before we check in to OKW?

Lots of assumptions on my part so if anyone is able to confirm or otherwise I'd be reassured! It's our first time staying offsite for a long time!

Did you book OWK (and therefore your tickets) standalone or as part of an offer such as free dining?

Only asking because I think the rules might be different if this is the case. I can't answer for sure either way, it may be down to guest relations on the day.

If the tickets are part of a dining package they won't be available to you before you check in to OKW.

Ooh, this might not have a good outcome. Best of luck OP.
( can't believe Disney don't have an official "fix" for this kind of situation )

Hi All. Thanks for the posts.

Unfortunately, we don't have dining plan because we check in at the end of the Easter black out for the free DDP. Tickets will be booked separate from room and then linked in MDE.

Thanks in advance.

I think you should be fine to activate them whenever you want then!

The trouble only seems to be when it's tied into free dining, as they're all dependent on each other. That's why I asked.

You should be able to book all your days before the check in day at 60 days before the check in date too.
