Akershus or 1900 park lane?

So i currently have both of these on my list for dinner but i have too many resturaunts on the list so as these are both 'princess themed' i thought i may drop one. We have 3 kids 2 boys 1 girl and my eldest boy who will be 8 isnt really feeling the whole princess vibe but i would like to do one for his sister (5). They are fussy eaters so i was thinking the buffet styly of 1900 park fare may work better but just wanted others points of view?

My other option is to keep both and drop tonys town square but i was hoping to get the package there and like that its actually in MK. Decisions decisions ...

Both are lovely but I would be tempted to keep arkershus and change 1900 to breakfast for different characters- the mad hatter is one of the best interactions you can get!

I may be an exception, but I really didn't like Askerhaus, the setting wasn't great, service was poor and I wasn't too keen on the food (Sorry!)

This was breakfast tho...The cold buffet wasnt our thing, and we had such a hard time trying to catch our servers attention that we didn't get much hot food.

But that may be because it was a buffet style fare, we felt we were seated and then just left.

I think 1900 park fare is much better for any meal above arkeshus . Food choices much better and characters are great. Obviously it depends if you fitting your meal around an Epcot gist then of course arkershus would be more sensible. However if no 1900 is definitely the best.

Agree that breakfast and mad hatter is brilliant.

Thank you everyone going to draw up a plan and try to include both. Would you say they are preferable to tonys town square or is that still worth it for the parade package?

Have a look at trip advisor to get a general idea on all 3 or search on here for them. Overall however each person has different tastes etc but gives you something to make a decision on. I booked 1900 for breakfast as it seemed to have a wider variety of food than others. Throw in the mix Cape May Cafe which has Minnie breakfast as another option. Other Dibbers have highly recommended this.
