I think Tesco say to redeem the Deals first.

So book the hotel first put that code in & then call Tesco & get them redeemed?

Many hotels do a deal - room and up to 15 days free parking. We are using Sandman's Signature this time.

Try FHR.com to get prices.

We're parking the car in the South Terminal, hoping to make bag drop the night before then saunter over to the Hampton by Hilton at the North Terminal (recent thread praising the hotel so we can't wait). Hotel was free, using hubby's Hilton points - result!

Book the hotel on line. They need a CC number in case of a no show.

Redeem the Tesco Deals on line and a couple of emails later you'll get a voucher which you print and present when checking in.

Very easy process.

We stayed in the Courtyard by Marriott in 2011 and thought it was lovely, and decided to treat ourselves in 2016 and stay in the Hilton.

We were disappointed to be honest- the room was no where near as nice as the Marriott room - the bathroom was tatty, the bed uncomfortable.

I won't bother paying the extra for the Hilton again.

Thank you,
So you don't actually need to pay for it online at that point? I suppose the code helps them know it's a Tesco booking, could I use a debit card?

That's a shame, Hilton always seems like it would be the best option! I've stayed in loads of premier inns and I do think we'll end up booking one of these just to keep the price down and only really need a nice comfy bed and a shower 🚿 x

When you book the hotel on line they will ask you for a card number (we always use a CC but I guess you could use a debit card).

No funds are taken from the card at this point. The voucher that you get emailed is basically proof that you've paid for the room and you need to present it at check-in.

If you are a "no show" they will charge the room to the card that you used. We had to cancel a holiday a few years ago because of illness and we had to post the voucher off to Hilton so that they didn't charge my card.
