A photopass photographer along Main Street with the castle in the background, or when you meet Micky would be amazing! Both wouldn't cost any extra (assuming you have ultimate tickets with free memory maker) plus you'll end up with some great photos! You won't even need to tell the photographer before hand, they are usually pretty good at improvising.

Yes I would definitely say either in front of the castle or with a character when there is a photopass photographer as I'd have loved photos of the proposal.
