Help please - trying to order on best buy

I'm trying to order for store collection but it's not accepting my address with my credit card.

I've put my uk address with fl state and zip code of hotel.

Has anyone managed to order from Best Buy with a uk credit card that can help me please?

I've ordered online with Best Buy using my UK credit card and it was fine. I was also in Best Buy yesterday to buy a phone and again used my UK card. Could it be your own card company are preventing its use?

We order on line from them all the time could your problem be you are using two different addresses and your CC isn't registered to one We had this issue with mine ordering from a couple of craft sites till CC company registered both or U.K. And Fl address

I ordered from best buy to click and collect I had to use this address

10780 Kempwood Dr.
Houston, TX 77043

as my billing address, they tell you to use it on the best buy website, it worked fine.
