Mobile Which estates should I be looking at?

This is the first time I've had to suss out accommodation without the help of my florida expert parents... and whilst I've been to florida a lot...taking note of what is where had never been on the top of my to do list!

I'm looking at villas and I know everywhere has ups and downs but we've always stayed around Indian point, Creek, Wells areas...just off the 192 and central to where we like...however not feeling anything much in these areas...can anyone recommend another estate similar location wise please

It really does depend on what you are looking for in a villa and if you want any community facilities, as you say all communities have there pros and cons.

The champions gate area is a bit further away from the 192 but has plenty of shops and restaurants and quick easy access to the parks and the 192 via old lake Wilson road.

A 4 bed with jacuzzi/spa as well as a pool that has at least got some bushes for privacy from neighbours and that for Feb is not more than 1300 with pool heat... I have had quotes a lot cheaper than this but none have had my little jacuzzi which is essential for my feet after a day in mk lol x

Maybe a little far out for your tastes, we have stayed on Providence and this year are staying on Watersong. Both gated secure estates and lovely villas. Close enough to be on the 192 in under 8 minutes at Champions gate where you will find shops and lots of places to eat, within 25 minutes of Disney and 30/35 of Universal.

We like the four corners area of the 192. The communities around there are:
Windsor Hills (my preference)
Windsor Palms
Emerald Island
Sunset lakes
Formosa Gardens

We've also stayed at Highgate park on US 27 and that was lovely too.
