All in one travel guide

Hi

Any recommendations for your turn to, tells it all travel guide. I do have loads but for all different areas therefore don't want to be packing a library too!

We are visiting, LA, SF, LV, Palm Springs, Yosemite, Monterrey etc...

I like the California DK Eyewitness guide. Mind you I have several others by them as their format is great.

I've never looked because I don't buy guide books, but are there any you can download to kindles or ipads?

Just had a look on Amazon and you can get DK guides on Kindle.

Dont know how they compare with real book, but may be a way to go.
