Villa Help!

We have booked a 5 bed villa on Watersong this year which has 3 double bedrooms party of 7, 4 adults 3 teenagers.
The cost was only £85 more than a comparable 4 bed villa for 2 weeks .
There are plenty out there if you go the 5 bed route.

We only needed 3 bedrooms when we stayed at Dibb Villa Aurora in November last year. As others have said (as suggested on their website) we had the third twin bedroom made into a king. The villa is in a fab spot on Sunset Lakes, I would highly recommend. I'll add a link in a second...

We always book one with more bedrooms than we need - not only the king/double/twin beds and en-suite thing, but also because often there is a bedroom that is less than ideal. (next to the pool pump/aircon pump, a bit noisy etc).

Also gives somewhere for any ill/sick/inebriated/snorers to sleep if needed.

As Julie says (thank you Julie) we have the little kit that enables 2 twins to be pulled together...works really well !
Other villa owners will also have this to give more options
Why not put a request in on the Diib request section , and state your intended dates , number in party and needs as regards beds...and any other needs!
Owners with 5 bed and others with 4 bed and twin bed options will come back to you
and you can filter thru
ask questions etc
But do now... many Dibb villa owers are getting booked up for 2019 laready!

Definitely worth posting a request on the Villa requests section of the forum, as all owners may not see this thread.

In case it helps the OP and anybody reading this post, the layout of our three villas (king K, queen Q, twin T, and ensuite *) is:
3 bed 2.5 bath Villa: K*, Q&T, 2T
5 bed 4 bath Reserve: K*, K*, Q*, 2T and 2T (jack n jill)
8 bed 5.5 bath Retreat: K*, K*, K*, K, Q*, 2T, 2T, 2T

Perhaps other owners may want to add to their layout to this thread to help guests find what they are looking for faster?

Also, it worth changing the title of the thread to help those looking for
a given number/type of bedrooms in a villa in future?

We booked our DIBB villa for 2018 in 2016, So never to early to book, There are 7 off us travelling but we wanted at least 3 double bedrooms so we have hired a 5 bed Villa, This has 2 Kings, 1 Queen and 2 Twins, It is on Sunset lakes which is an amazing gated community, We stayed in a 6 bed in 2016 and it was amazing, Sunset lakes is only a 10 min drive to Disney and only 2 mins to lots of shops and restaurants.

We have stayed at 2 Dibb villas that have 3 king/queen beds, and would highly recommend both, both for the villa and for their owners. Have a look for Welshwiz villa on Lake Wilson and Tetrach villa, Hibiscus Ridge at Highlands reserve.

We have also stayed at a 4 bed villa on Windsor Hills that had 3 king/queen beds, so they are out there if you look.
