Alamo - scratched alloys

Does anyone know what happens if you scratch the alloys on a rental car from alamo? I have full CWD insurance but not sure if this will be covered. Car went into drain hole and scratched alloys.

Any info would be really appreciated

In march this year we had our car vandelised at DTD. Sone scrated the entire length of the car :angry: I felt sick having to tell Alamo but they said "your covered" and waved us on at the airport. Seems its all in a days work

As long as you gave CDW/LDW with a zero excess you will be fine.
Most car hire includes this.

That's great guys thank you very much. Was absolutely gutted when it happened yesterday as never seen the drain but you have put my mind at ease now. Wasn't sure if CDW would cover this.
