Disney Dream Vs Magic

Hi, we've done the dream twice now and are looking at going on the magic. I know it's a smaller ship but what sort of things are different?
Is there much missing on the magic that are on the dream?
Anyone have a preference and why?
Any comments would be appreciated!

I would choose the Magic every time.
It's a much more manageable size of ship so no getting lost!

You have different things on the Magic ... the show Tangled for one!

We sailed on the Magic in 2014 and the Dream last month. We loved both ships so can't say we have a favourite, yes the Magic is smaller but to be honest we didn't feel the Dream was too big a ship (got lost several times on a RC ship last year! ) The water slides are different but both give a good thrill. We had 2 very different cruises...the Magic was a 7 night Med cruise in an outside stateroom and the Dream was a 3 night Bahamas cruise in an oversised verandah stateroom. We've cruised with a few companies now and have always said we prefer smaller ships but actually quite liked the Dream! Don't know if that's much use to you though! I'm sure you'll enjoy being on the Magic as much!

We have cruised on both. I prefer the layout of the pool area on Dream. I could sit in one place and see both pools and the slide. The aqualab on Magic is really good fun for younger children, but the aquaduck is better on Dream.
I prefer Animators Palate on Magic.
I didn't feel that the Dream was too big, we found our way around pretty easily.
We are on Magic again this summer, and are really looking forward to new Tangled show.
You'll never be able to make up your own mind unless you try it

I preferred the bars on the Magic (very important ) but I preferred the Dream for everything else. I would not hesitate to cruise on either, though
