How loud are the Fireworks?

Myou DDs 9 and 6 hated the noise of fireworks so I bought kids ear defenders. We went in November last year so tested them a few days before at Bonefire night. All was well. They loved all the displays in WDW wearing their defenders. Good luck xx

I'm so very lucky that my 3 all love fireworks and they've never been bothered by them. I can't remember them being that loud but I was pretty caught up in the whole emotional thing seeing my kids ohhhh and ahhhh faces the one thing I do remember was how bright they were

Thanks so much to everyone who has responded with helpful suggestions.

I'm still hopeful that the children will be happier with loud noises in 6 months time - this year's scout's firework display will be a good test but I would like to have a plan B so I think my next thread needs to be - where's the best place to see wishes from outside of MK.
