Universal water park

We returned 2 weeks ago when we got married at disneys pavilion it was a dream come true & just need to go back again so have booked for end of May 2017.
We have been many times so won't be going to mad on the parks but we all really want to do the new universal water park, however we don't want to do the main universal parks, our agent has said that they has been told you can't buy day takes for the new park does anyone know if this is true? Thanks in advance

Firstly congratulations on your wedding.

Volcano bay isnt scheduled to open until June 2017, no definite date yet, so depending on how it progresses sorry to say that it may not even be open when you are there... it is a similar situation with tickets the new 3 park explorer options are currently on sale. We have annual passes and just returned from our last trip on Monday, still no details on how they are to be including the park on these yet either. I would however be very surprised if they didnt offer daily ticket prices once open, why would they not they want as many people through those gates as possible!
