In October last year it took us exactly 3 hours from landing (at about 4.30pm I think) to getting into our room at old key west.

Last year we were through immigration and baggage collection in 20 mins, waited for an hour for magical express, then it took 45 mins. Arrived at hotel 2 hrs after landing, check in took about 25 mins (trying to confirm the room request), in room about 2 and a half hours after landing.
As a result, this year we are ubering rather than use magic express! |

I may of placed my bet too early... what day is when you land ? ... thinking peak day traffic v weekend traffic on the route in... that could mean a full 21 minutes 36 seconds difference...
