My time dining and Cozumel questions

We are doing a 5 nights cruise onboard Majesty in August. I have managed to book my time dining for 2 of the nights, one for 645-845 pm and the other 8-10 pm. The other 3 nights we are on early dining (as have children) On the night we are on my time dining, does it mean that we can turn up any time between 645 and 845 on the first night and between 8 and 10 the other? Or do we have to be there at 645 etc?
Also would it be a different restaurant for the my time dining nights?

We are visiting Cozumel and Costa maya. I have booked a catamaran tour for costa maya but if anyone has ideas for Cozumel that would be helpful.
The children will be 11 and 13. Looking for something to do half a day or less. (Mainly because we have the drinks package booked and I want value for money!)

Usually on a cruise, there are two types of evening meal timings. You have fixed time dining, where you eat at the same time each evening, and you have freedom dining, where you eat anytime in a certain time period.
I've never heard of someone having it mixed like you have, unless they make exceptions for people who go on excursions.
The days when you have freedom or anytime dining, you can eat anytime between the given times, probably in your usual dining room.
