I'm certainly not suggesting hiring a car for the whole holiday but when looking at a road trip of that sort of length you should at least consider it - even if you say no. You only need it for the day

A car Wouldn’t be an option for us...I am the holiday driver and I don’t want to go!

I booked transport through Viator last year (operated by Florida dolphin tours), around $50ish for transport if I don't remember wrongly. They picked up from the Swan on Disney property, so I took an Uber to the Swan from Pop that morning...
