We had an adr for Raglan Road and had to wait about 25 minutes after our booking time - the area was really busy. I had a beer flight - one was quite perfumed which I wasn't too keen on.
Both me and Paul had the steak but subbed mash for chips and Beth had the fish and chips. It was all really lovely Paul declined a dessert but me and Beth had the bread and butter pudding which we ate a tiny amount of and took the rest back to the resort for breakfast the next morning but ate about a spoonful of them as it was awful cold

25 minutes is a bit of a pain, especially if you have an adr. At least the steak was good.
Did you get a decent table and see some of the dancing? I've thought about Raglan Road and it's made my long list but never quite got as far as the short list.

We had a table in a side room to the right of the door so we could see the dancing at a distance but the dancers did come into our section

Following along with interest. I'm always super interested in reports which include AKL as that's where we are staying next year but also love a dining report so this is like the best of both worlds

So next morninh was Hollywood Studios - today seemed really hit someone we stopped and had a sprite between and me and Bethy and a water for Paul. It was before 11am and we couldn't find anywhere open that was inside and air conditioned so we ended up getting it from a stall by the old Great Movie Ride. We also had a Mickey pretzel and cheese sauce to share - great value for a snack credit.
We had a fastpass for Tower of Terror so did that and noticed a Starbucks on the corner Somme and Beth had a drink from there (venti size for a snack credit) and Paul had a coupe of iced waters from the dispenser. Beth had a vanilla bean creme frappucino and I had a very berry hibiscus. No picture of my drink but I wasn't overly keen as it tasted like weak squash. We headed over to Disney Springs for lunch where we did some shopping. We caught the Saratoga Springs bus and got off at Congress Park and walked over. Lunch was at Wolfgang Puck Express. I had the meatloaf sandwich, Paul had the chicken with fried instead of mash Nd can't remember what Beth had as there is no photo. Yummy as usual and such good value for a quick service credit Me and Beth shared a sundae from Giardelli which we payed for off plan.

Yummy as usual and such good value for a quick service credit Me and Beth shared a sundae from Giardelli which we payed for off plan. Just found the receipt and Beth had chicken tenders at WPE. It would have come to $59.49 if not on the dining plan. Afterwards I went into the Co-Op store and bought a lovely Haunted Mansion bag which was $136.32 including tax. We had no plans for the evening so had a dip in the pool Edited at 09:39 PM. |
