We got a free upgrade from a mid size to full size SUV one year. There was only one mid size and our luggage wouldn’t fit in it. As I knew that it would fit it other mid sizes but they had none they told us to choose anything apart from a luxury car. My daughter was having somewhat of a small kid letdown though so I think they’d had done anything to get us out of there 😂

We've had a free upgrade a couple of times. Just be nice and polite and tip well. In our experience the guys try really hard to help you out if you treat them well.

Went to the midsize row and about 5 cars down was a Jeep Cherokee with 87 miles on the clock. Thank you very much!

I booked an intermediate SUV and there were none left so I had my pick of a large row of full size.

Ah I've dug out the paper work and it's say it's an Elantra, I've googled it and I'm pretty sure our luggage is not going to fit in the boot

Booked mid size SUV, there was a Nissan Rogue (standard SUV) in row so took that, very nice it was too. There were also some pickup trucks in row.

May I ask where You find the code on the invoice? Mine just says "Standard SUV - Hyundai Santa FE or similar", no code.
