Concierge - when can I book stuff?
Hi all
We’re cruising on the Dream in October and I’ve completely forgotten when we can request our seating rotation and book Palo and spa treatments. Can anybody help please? Thanks Gemma

125 days prior to your cruise date. You'll receive a letter from your Shoreside Concierge team explaining this, along with details of what you can book etc.

I meant you'll receive an email, not a letter!
Although you'll still receive your booklet from DCL and it will have the lovely 'keys' on the front to show you're concierge.  Joa
