You go to the machines next to the ride and put your park tickets to receive them. The ride will state when next lot are available for or if none are left.

Just make sure you don't lose your ticket ! I managed to lose mine when I went last. It was about 8 years ago and the machines may have changed now I don't know. I left it in the machine and realised straight away, but someone had taken it. Wish DLP would adopt the magic band system !
