Quick stop off between airport and POR?
Planning on mini shop for water etc at a 7eleven of petrol station on the way to our hotel next month. Am I right in thinking we can come off the 528 at McCoy road, quick stop then rejoin the 528 a little further up? Don't want to be stuck on that road and have to travel all the way down sand lake!
Anybody know please? Thanks in advance |

It certainly looks like you can, then swing a left down the 441 then on to the Beachline Expressway.
Last summer we left MCO and drove straight to the Walmart on Turkey Lake Road before heading down to POR. We were staying for 6 days so wanted to get plenty of supplies in, I'm not sure a 7-11 or Wawa would have had enough choice for us. |

I would go further along Sand Lake Road, past the Florida Mall and turn down the John Young Parkway. The junction to join the 528 is straight forward.
