Yeah - it's mental - it's got me to change password and memorable info several times then crashes out.

Communication completely stopped.

I run a personal account and business account with them.

Very poor service / communication on this.

Edit: hot in and saw my balances, clicked on one account and got the Sorry, Internet Service is not available...? ! Balances look ok...

Mine's back up and running now, little bit slow. I did manage to change my password just in case any thing untoward happens. Unfortunatly no one has paid my credit card bill during the trouble.

I still can't get on. I have bills coming off over the next couple of days and I have no idea if I need to move money around to cover them - shouldn't have to unless I've miscalculated but I'd like to know for sure.

I also need to pay my villa deposit!

OH can’t get into his. I didn’t know anything about it until he just asked me to pay a bill. There are no branches around here now, they’re all Lloyds so it’s a right pain

The staff in branch are having a tough time trying to get the new system to run too .My son has had to work all over the weekend , did a 12 hour day yesterday and has had to go in early to day too.It has been a 2.5 year project and the people sorting haven't done a great job.
