Clearwater day trip Floridatix
I am hoping to book a coach trip with Floridatix to Clearwater. I looked at both Floridatix and ATD but ATD charge a little more as lunch is included, and we would prefer to choose our own lunch restaurant so think we will book with Floridatix.
But before I book I wondered if anyone else has done this trip with them and has any info. Firstly should we book the option with a dolphin watching boat trip or book this seperately when we get there? It is only a few pounds more so seems good value but I wondered if it is recommended? Also any info on pick ups? I believe they pick up at Swan and Dolphin, is this the only onsite Disney stop? I also read we may have to ring the day before to confirm pick up. Obviously this isn't the easiest option as phone calls are expensive, is there any way around this such as email confirmation? Does anyone know if I could ring free of charge from Disney room phone if its a local number, or is it a UK number I would ring? TIA 😊 |

I haven't been but Id like to! I know that's no help to you but I read a report by HEMANCLOFTY which Ive linked below for you - maybe you could PM her with the general questions? I'm not sure how many people look in this forum - I only spotted it when I clicked on new posts. Maybe repost it in the main trip planning thread?

Thanks for the reply, I thought I'd been sent to Dibb Coventry 😁
I will try reposting in the main trip forum and read the link, thanks. I will write a full trip report after the holiday so will let you know how it goes. I have heard the sand is sugar consistancy and very beautiful there, so I am looking forward to it. It is my birthday treat on the holiday 😀 |
