Chronomics ref number and UK locator form

Hi
Anyone used chronomics coming home for day 2 test?

I’m having an issue with the UK locator form .. the chronomics test ref has an extra digit that the box on the form keeps dropping off.

Am wondering what I’m getting wrong ..

Are you putting in the booking reference, rather than a serial number on the kit?

We did ours through Randox and were sent an acknowledgement email with 4 separate booking references, 1 each. This is the number I put in.

When we got the kits they had completely different numbers on them. Don't know if maybe you're trying the latter?

We used Chronomics when in Lanzarote just used the number beginning CHR .

Worked fine on our PLF.

I was using the CHR unique code.

I did email chronomics and then after a bit of googling found this

We have thirteen digit codes so that explains it.

We used chronomics and used the reference we were emailed beginning CHR.

It was stressful!

It’s a bit annoying the VeriFLY app won’t allow you to submit unless you confirm you have printed your return travel form - we haven’t got access to print forms. I’m wondering why it can’t just say I confirm I have one.

Ah well. It’s all a learning evpsrience..
